AREA FOR RENT

The ground floor and surroundings of the building are intended for parking of up to 63 cars. The first to fourth floors are identical and each floor offers four units for rent (approximately 150 sq. m.) including related servicing modules - a men's WC, ladies' WC (for wheeled persons), kitchenette and adequate corridor part with a front space. There are sixteen independent units altogether in the building, which can be combined flexibly (two, three or four sections). There is an imposing training and presentation hall for up to 60 persons and a dining hall on the fifth floor with a magnificent view of the city of Prague.

Units for Rent

The basic DVAN unit for rent is one fourth of a floor, which represents an area of 150 square metres. Each of the four floor renters can have a lockable kitchenette and WC at its exclusive disposal. A goods lift with the lifting capacity of 1.5 tonnes designed for europallets, an 8-person passenger lift and a staircase are shared by the four renters. Two or four units can be merged if necessary (300 or 600 square metres). In case you hire the whole floor, you can cancel redundant kitchenettes and lavatories and establish, e.g., a handy storing room, reception desk or another facility. The staircase and lifts can be blocked electronically and so the whole floor including all conveniences can be separated by locking-up. Of course, you can rent more floors than one and use lifts or stairs for vertical communication.

Access to Building

The DVAN building has two separate entrances connected with the main vertical communication core. The front entrance is intended for the staff and visitors, the rear entrance for supplies. This structure is reflected in the lifts too - a passenger lift for 8 persons is in the front of the building and a goods lift of the lifting capacity of 1.5 tonnes dimensioned for europallets is on the other side. A central reception desk can be built on the right-hand side of the entrance hall near the front entrance door.
