PARKING AND TRANSPORT
The ground area (ground floor) is used for parking purposes (altogether 63 parking places) and entry of pedestrians into the building. The DVAN concept also considers hirable directional and promotional signs that facilitate orientation of the staff and visitors around the area.
Going by Public Means of Transport
It is easy to reach the DVAN building using some public means of transport:

a high-speed and reliable tramway from the B underground railway station Karlovo náměstí - trams no. 3, 17 and 21, tram stop "Belárie" (travelling time: about 15 minutes);

by bus no. 253 from the B underground railway station Smíchovské nádraží, tram stop "U Belárie" (travelling time: about 10 minutes);

by train to the 200m distant "Prague Modřany" railway station

Going by Car
Not only your staff but especially your clients and suppliers will definitely appreciate the easy way to the DVAN building along four-lane roads and highways. The building is equipped with a separate car park for 63 cars so that there is no problem with any managers', clients' or personnel's passenger cars. Even trucks of up to 12 tonnes can approach and park at the DVAN building.
The navigation is very easy - turn from the highway at the Barrandov bridge to a four-lane road to Modřany (Modřanská street) and, with the Microna high-rise building within sight, go as far as the ÖMV petrol station and then turn left to the Pod Vinicí street.
